Angular 8 Version Requirements
Angular 8 supports Node.js ^10.9.0, TypeScript ~3.4.2 (8.0) to >=3.4.2 <3.6.0 (latest 8.x), and RxJS ^6.4.0. For a new setup, use Node 10 and TypeScript 3.5. Note that every Node.js line Angular 8 supports has reached end of life (Node 10 ended 2021-04-30), so upgrading Angular is the only way to a supported Node.js.
