Angular 16 supports Node.js ^16.14.0 || ^18.10.0, TypeScript >=4.9.3 <5.1.0 (16.0) to >=4.9.3 <5.2.0 (latest 16.x), and RxJS ^6.5.3 || ^7.4.0. For a new setup, use Node 18 and TypeScript 5.1. Note that every Node.js line Angular 16 supports has reached end of life (Node 18 ended 2025-04-30), so upgrading Angular is the only way to a supported Node.js.
