Angular 13 supports Node.js ^12.20.0 || ^14.15.0 || ^16.10.0, TypeScript ~4.4.3 (13.0) to >=4.4.3 <4.7.0 (latest 13.x), and RxJS ^6.5.3 || ^7.4.0. For a new setup, use Node 16 and TypeScript 4.6. Note that every Node.js line Angular 13 supports has reached end of life (Node 16 ended 2023-09-11), so upgrading Angular is the only way to a supported Node.js.
